How Cloud Arquiteto collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit this website and get in touch with us.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Who we are
This website, cloudarquiteto.com, is operated by Cloud Arquiteto, a cloud architecture and artificial intelligence consultancy. For the purposes of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD), Cloud Arquiteto is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
Contact for the data protection officer: contato@cloudarquiteto.com.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, subject and message. Name, email and message are required; the other fields are optional.
Data collected automatically. Like any website, the server records technical access data such as IP address, date and time, browser and pages visited. If you accept measurement cookies, we also use aggregate visit statistics to understand which content is most useful.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we ask that you do not include any in your message.
3. How we use the data
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, schedule a conversation or an assessment;
- To prepare proposals and move forward with the business relationship you started;
- To keep the website secure, protected against spam and abuse, and running well;
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
4. Legal bases
We process data on the grounds set out in Article 7 of the LGPD: steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request, when you reach us through the form; legitimate interest, for the security of the website; consent, for measurement cookies; and compliance with a legal obligation, when the law requires records to be kept.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers needed for the website to work, which process it on our behalf:
- Hostinger: website hosting and delivery of the form emails;
- Microsoft: the mailbox where we receive the form messages;
- Automattic (Akismet): spam protection;
- Google: only if you accept measurement cookies, visit statistics through Google Analytics.
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows Article 33 of the LGPD and the contractual safeguards they offer. We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies make the website work and stay secure, and are always active.
Measurement cookies from Google Analytics help us understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the website and which pages they read. They are only activated if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. How long we keep the data
Messages sent through the form are not stored on the website: they are sent by email to our team. We keep those emails for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.
8. How we protect the data
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), authenticated email delivery, restricted access to mailboxes and administration tools, and regular security updates.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who we share it with; and withdrawal of consent, where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@cloudarquiteto.com. We reply within the period set by law. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
